An easily accessed pretty and characterful country house, in a good location within only 5 minutes country drive of Frigiliana which can be done on the country road or on cemented track through the countryside to the property. In a sheltered quiet and elevated rural position with really lovely views and close to the village, is this well established country home with a large garden laid to terraces and rockeries shaded by eucalyptus trees, small pathways and steps here and there to descend to the pool and terraced orchards descending the hillside on the north side of the garden. The orchards produce many different and delicious semi-tropical fruits such as orange, lemon, mango, grapefruit, peach, almond and fig to name but a few and guests are welcome to enjoy any of these when in season. The pool is newly constructed to an excellent standard and is 10 meters long for real swimming ! Natural fibre screening surrounds the pool whilst the plants grow to form natural seclusion but this does not detract from the nice green lawn beside the pool (which notably has overhead solar heating panels for swimming in cooler seasons), and a spacious sun terrace surrounding it with sun furniture, teak dining table & chairs, BBQ and pool shower.

At the entrance is a hallway with a sun room leading off, a large living room at the center of the house with log-burning stove, sat TV, music, books and curious collections of artefacts, oriental carpets. There is a short lobby from the living room through to two double bedrooms – one with and ensuite bathroom and the other with a separate bathroom where the washing machine is housed. The fully equipped kitchen with all modern machinery is off the living room and overlooking the garden with ample space for the dining table. The gated driveway is at the back of the house and offers ample parking for one car and the entire property is fenced and gated throughout and adjacent to the country lane alongside.
