Set in a stunning location in the pine clad hills above Frigiliana, on the lower slopes of the El Fuerte mountain, 10 minutes country drive from the village, is this beautiful big house for 4 persons with absolutely wonderful views and undisturbed peace. It has been recently built by an artist and the house has many art works and ceramics for decoration. It is modern, minimal, comfortable and chic but also very lovely, full of light and air, and from its unique and privileged position commands the most glorious views in every direction for many miles into the distance across the sea and down the coast, to the mountains to the east and the hills in the west.

There are 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite shower bathrooms and a further guest WC/handbasin off the hallway. Every single room of the house with the exception of the hall WC, leads not only off the hallway, but has double doors onto the long verandah the length of the house facing south and the view. It has louvered shutters everywhere, allowing the breeze to pass in with the windows open all summer long. The kitchen is state of the art modern and fitted, the sitting room has sat TV, music and a log-burning stove (not that that is necessary in the summer of course). Plus there is under-floor heating throughout which is the most tremendous boon in the winter to keep all the different rooms thermostatically controlled or turned off if it is warm and sunny, as it so often can be.

The pool and pool terrace + outdoor shower and sunbeds/sunshade is in the same style, modern, minimal, very chic and is wonderfully fresh and airy, with its one lone statuesque and exotic palm tree waving in the breeze.

Big electronic remote control/video operated gates at the top of the private drive give you security, and peaceful exclusivity in this lovely unique and special property.
