Located very conveniently only 5 minutes drive from Frigiliana, off the country road or also by a cemented country track, it is also only 15 minutes on foot down the track to the village. The property has its own private driveway, ample parking and is surrounded, sheltered and protected by avocado orchards on all sides and set elevated on its own large tract of land in the midst of the trees. These orchards continue to the top of the mound of the hill just above the house where the marvelous vast and generous swimming pool is located – very private, secluded, inviting, sheltered and still offering stunning panoramic views down to the sea through clearings in the trees.

A sloping pathway rises from the parking in the driveway to the front door to a deep terrace surrounding the house on two sides. There is cane shading covering the outdoor dining area and a built-in BBQ sited in the far corner of the terrace so as not to interfere with the wide views. Sun beds, parasols and outdoor furniture can be used on the terrace surrounding the house or situated on the pool terrace as desired. From the far end of the terrace a path rises to the huge swimming pool on a higher level than the house, at the top of the orchards. The double front door enters directly into the high ceilinged very spacious and open-plan living area, with sofas and easy chairs in the living room, wood burning fireplace, TV, and music.
