There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single, all sharing a full bathroom – and all have mosquito-netted window blinds. The living area is open plan with a fireplace, sat TV, music etc and comfortable sofa and chairs, lots of windows for light and views in all directions and a dining area. The alcoved kitchen has all modern machinery. A long shaded verandah on the front of the house is furnished with a nice dining table and provides shelter from the searing heat of summer sun, whilst a lower terrace with climber shade has a further dining table. The washing machine is housed off the lower terrace. This house is very comfortable throughout the year and gets the sun all day until sunset over the hills to the west.
