A well presented and comfortable country house, located within 5 minutes drive of Frigiliana along track into quiet countryside, and also within 10 minutes walking distance of the village and the house looks down the valley to the sea. The pool is a good size and is sited sheltered on the terrace below the house, against the hillside, and has steps at one end: the sunbathing area has shade and is furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs. There is a deep shade furnished verandah along the front of the house, and from the front door one enters directly the high ceilinged living room, which is open plan with a log-burning stove and a dining area and the kitchen at the opposite end. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and efficient. There are a couple of stairs rising to the double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. The large, well-equipped and pretty modern kitchen is separate and also has dining facilities. There is a driveway with private parking off the track. The property is not isolated or remote, yet the house is in a very peaceful position with views through the valleys down to the sea
