The setting is peaceful and attractive, with views to the pine covered lower slopes of El Fuerte mountain. The location is 12+ minutes’ drive uphill from Frigiliana, including a fair distance along a surfaced track from the country road. The house is charmingly furnished and decorated throughout in pretty colours, well-presented and very well kept, light and with lovely views to the coast. The living area is open plan with the living room at one end, the dining area in the middle, and the kitchen the other end. The kitchen is well equipped and presented in fresh bright details, with modern machinery. The washing machine is located outside in its own outbuilding, through a delightful stable door, which allows pretty views of the pool terrace beyond to be enjoyed whilst indoors. With cosy furniture and a large log-burning stove in the living room, TV, and a music centre, this house is particularly suitable for a really enjoyable stay both in summer and winter. There is a very large covered verandah in front of the house and a sheltered and sunny eating area by the built-in, covered BBQ. Although it is not warm enough for swimming in the winter, the pool and its surround are inviting at any time of the year. There is ample parking inside the gated driveway, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
