Cortijo AnaMari is a traditional-style country house situated on a shoulder of land, surrounded by olive groves with lovely views of the village and down to the sea. It is only 5 minutes from the village by car on a quiet country lane.  However it is within 20 minutes walking distance down a track to the village and just a short walk to the nearby rural hotel / restaurant. Above, cresting the hill, is a popular country bar / restaurant, also within a short easy walk from the house. The two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and the bathroom are off the living area, the double bedroom having French windows to the covered verandah outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and a microwave and there is a good sized TV in the living room and a music centre, as well as a big open fireplace for winter warmth. There are two terraces, on the south side a covered terrace with comfortable sofa and chairs and in the front of the house, overlooking the pool, an ample terrace shaded with mimbre and climbing plants with built-in BBQ and dining area. There are sunbeds and sun umbrellas alongside the pool, as well as a small fishpond. Parking is no problem, either in the lane outside or within the gated parking area belonging to the house
