The house is an elevated position high in the heart of the old village, and entered through a lovely long hall with glimpses of the garden beyond. Simple in style, minimal and unpretentious, this pretty house is full of light and air and the bedrooms all have their own sun terraces. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - stairs from the hallway lead to the upper floor where there is a full bathroom, an anteroom with its own large sun terrace through which you walk to a second double bedded room, also with its own sun terrace. The main bedroom, with its own separate full bathroom and French doors onto its sun terrace, is off the hallway. There is a music system and books in the sitting room and the TV is installed in the main bedroom as it is used more for videos during the longer winter evenings. At the end of the hallway old pebbled steps take you down to French doors to the garden. To the left an archway opens into a long, wide kitchen / living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. The sitting / dining area has a log burning stove and a huge set of French doors opens out onto the patio where there is an outside dining table and chairs, plus a brick built BBQ. The garden is extensive, the upper terrace paved and the rest planted with roses, hibiscus and shrubs also some fruit trees (orange, lemon, avocado, olive) on the lower level

The beauty of this house is its position, light and views over the village to the sea and the mountains. It gets the sun all day, and is a lovely peaceful oasis. An excellent sunny light house for winter. Radiators and electric blankets for winter warmth provided
