It is situated in quiet cul-de-sac at main street level, centrally placed in the heart of the old village and charmingly renovated by its owner in rustic style with loving attention to detail both in the restoration of the building and its furnishings. This south-facing house is built into the hillside on 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and all modern conveniences. The entrance hall is central to the house and here you will find a dining area with a round table and traditional chairs, the tiny galley kitchen is adjacent, with the stairs to the upper floor, main bedroom and 2 sun terraces rising out of this room. On the lower floor, accessed from the kitchen door are steps down to the large sitting room below which is separate from the house above, with ancient Moorish arches and an open fireplace and an unusual antique wooden door, this is an excellent cool quiet room in the long hot summer months. For daily living a TV, music and books are provided in the twin room on the ground floor, central to the main facilities of the house. On the upper floor the double bedroom has French windows onto the furnished terrace outside so you can enjoy beautiful views from your bed and there is a second door from this room onto a further terrace with sun loungers and here the washing machine is housed in a cupboard. There are panoramic views over the countryside to the distant hills from the 2 roof terraces and you can catch the sun all day until it sets.
